Trifunctional fluorescent manganese ferrite nanoparticles for hyperthermia therapy, cell probing and drug delivery

Here we have reported a new protocol for drug delivery from hollow sphere manganese ferrite nanoparticles (HMF NPs). The crystalline structure of HMF NPs is obtained XRD measurement and the morphological elemental analysis are FESEM & TEM measurements. properly designed dopamine (DA) as anticancer to cancer site. DA polymerizes giant molecule polydopamine (PDA) inside in presence TRIS buffer at pH (8.5) composite, HMF-PDA formed. Being remain stable particles, but when these come contact low i.e. 5 (cancer cells pH), free starts be released. At hyperthermic temperature (45 °C) release enhances compare physiological (37 °C). studies monitored by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy with progress time different temperatures pH. It has been observed that fluorescent property whereas no such effects. So, incorporation PDA tagging can also fluorescence imaging. Hence, successfully synthesized trifunctional composite which serve three purposes like cell probing imaging, hyperthermia therapy magnetic field trigger method.
